You Don’t Get What You Don’t Ask For

The Scoble’s are selling their house and according to Zillow.com will do quite well in the year and a half three years they lived there IF they get what they’re asking. Looks like the neighborhood supports their pricing thoughts. (I LOVE Zillow… have I mentioned that lately?)

Careful what you ask for guys… you just might get it!

[And Maryamie Scoble says the furniture's for sale too! Hardcore! The safe money says they keep the TV and the beemer. GB]

  1. Actually we lived there for three years, but, yeah, housing prices are going up faster here than in Silicon Valley lately.

Mr. Scoble’s point shouldn’t be lost… there are factoids services like Zillow just can’t know. Still, I think that’s simply AWESOME return! Right place, right time… all that! Couldn’t happen to better folks!
