SalesGenie? Good? Bad?

I’m in the process of needing to augment a direct mail list and want to be able to tailor the list very specifically with some of the extended demographics I’ve seen made available via SalesGenie.

What I’m wondering is if any of you out there have good or bad stories to relate. Even to the point you give me some tips on how to get the most out of SalesGenie.
